error syncronizing files uploaded by UploadAsync
Hi,
I'm using the Dropbox Api to upload some excel files in a specific folder. The upload is successful and from the web I correctly see all the files in the destination account. However, these files are not synchronized in any way by the windows client. I tried both with the app configured in Full access mode and in limited to the apps folder mode.
I've also tried with different target accounts.
How can I solve the problem?

If you see the uploaded files on the Dropbox web site, that means that the API part of this is working. That being the case, please check out this help article or contact support for help with the desktop syncing part of this.
