When I backup my iPhone app “CHECKBOOK” (published by Mobile Innovations, LLC) to Dropbox, I receive this message:
“expired_access_token/.”
Please advise how I get past this.

Normally you would just need to re-authenticate your Dropbox account within the app. This is something controlled by the application itself, not Dropbox, so if it's not working normally, you should contact the developer of the app.

Hi johnnyp848,
Rich is correct, and this is something the developer of that app is responsible for keeping active. That said, in looking at the iOS App Store listing for "Checkbook - Ledger" (Mobile Innovations, LLC), it seems the app hasn't received an update in 6 years. You can and should try to contact that app developer, but there is a chance that app has been abandoned.
