How to get the upload progress for p Dropbox?

I need to get the progress of the upload to Dropbox to mount a progress bar (JProgressBar). Is how to do this or do I have to give a manipulated into things? hehehe

All they give is an estimate of remaining time to sync files ("Syncing [2 files remaining, 4 mins left]"), but be aware that this time estimate is highly inaccurate.
