Dropbox StaffNo, unfortunately it's not possible to register one app that can do both of these, but I'll pass this along as a feature request.

I just wanted to follow up on this to let you know that we've released "scopes" functionality on the Dropbox API, which you can use to access various different pieces of team functionality from the same app.
