New Files/Folder are not fetching(created after 9th of June)

Hi Greg Somehow I managed to get change set using list_folder api v2 call by setting property include_media_info=false. Can you please guide me what is the difference between include_media_info=true and include_media_info=false ?
As I believe include_media_info=true this return image/video properties like file size and others.
