Overwrite file using Dropbox saver

The Saver can't do either of those things. The user who saves the file gets to pick the folder, and intentionally no existing file will get overwritten. (Think of it like the downloads folder you use with your browser... you wouldn't want to overwrite a previous file you'd downloaded just because the file had the same name.)

You may want to auth users in with OAuth and use /files/upload instead of the Saver.
