preview_url vs url

Hi,   Could you please exaplain what is the differnce between preview_url and url field?   Both of them are returned from the call sharing/get_file_metadata. The url field is part of the link_me...

    That feature is in the process of being rolled out, so it will be set for some users and not others. The field is marked optional, so make sure your app doesn't rely on it being set.
