5 years ago"Entitlements" is a feature of iOS/macOS, made by Apple. As that's not made by Dropbox, I can't offer support for that. You can find information on that in Apple's documentation here.
You can check on the current status of your app on the app's page on the Dropbox App Console. You can find information on the production review process here.

Dear team,
Thanks for your email. I understand what that Entitlement file is used for now. And I submit an update version with Dropbox support yesterday, now Apple has approved it. It seems everything is working well, thus I assume I don't need that file.
Just one more question, during dropbox SignIn process, users will see below scary screen. It looks to me like my app is suspicious. Is this a correct behavior?

Yes, this warning will be shown if your app is in development status. It will not be shown if your app is approved for production status.
