ca-01, the "id" for child folders should be the same across all members that have access to the shared folder(s).

    I discovered that the "id" value changes when a shared folder is unshared.

    Is it a specification that the "id" value of a shared folder changes when it is unshared?

      As you have discovered, the "id" value is expected to change when the folder in unshared, yes.
