As of today 1/16/2018 I am also seeing this error, with the same file. Does someone keep reporting this file as infringing copyright?

chibimagic Are you referring to the Getting Started PDF in particular? If so, please try again now and let me know if you're still seeing this issue.

Hello! I also get notification restricted content when I want to download "foto book program".
