save_url status stuck as pending?

Hi,

We're seeing a high percentage of photos saved to Dropbox with the save_url call never getting saved. Their status, when checked with save_url_job, returns pending.

 

This has never happened before in bulk, like this. The files are about 5mb large.

 

Any ideas?

    Hi Doug, please open a ticket at https://www.dropbox.com/developers/contact with the following so we can look into this specifically for you:

    - the app name
    - the affected user ID(s)
    - a sample failed job ID
    - a sample failed path and URL
