Search for files edited by a particular user
I'm trying to use the api to search for files edited by a particular user. This is possible in the web client (if you start typing a user's name it autocompletes it and lets you search for only files edited by the user) but doesn't seem to exist in the api. Am I missing something here?

No, unfortunately this isn't available on the API, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. I can't promise if or when that might be implemented though.

This is now possible using the SearchOptions.account_id field on the /2/files/search_v2 endpoint.
