Sync individual files to iOS

New to this stuff ... developing a new iOS app in swift using the new dropbox sdk. I don't need to see the users entire dropbox folders. Just specific to the app Is there an example of how to do ...

Hmm, I need to allow the user to be able to browse their folders and then pick a file that I will download and save on their iOS device.

So the app needs full access to dropbox.

Can you point me to an example of a ios file picker for dropbox please?
