What is a folder_id andshared_folder_id and parent_shared_folder_id ?

What is a folder_id andshared_folder_id and parent_shared_folder_id ? If I move a file from my account to another users account will the folder_id get changed ?

OK. Also if i upload a file in a shared folder, who owns the file. Me or the owner of the folder ?

Only specifically shared items have "owners". I.e., shared folders and individually shared files have owners, but files in shared folders don't. Anyone with edit access to the shared folder can edit/move/delete a file in the shared folder.
