dropbox app folder api

I created a new app with the permission type: App folder and I'm generating a token for each user that want to have access to this application. But when I create a new file inside this folder, the file is only visible by me.

 

Why are those files not visible by everyone having an access to this application folder ?

    Any access token for an app folder app for a particular app-user pair should have access to anything in the app folder for that app in that user's account.
