Sharing dropbox application folders
I have created a personal application in apps console is in development status, I need to share with 2 users the contents of the folder of the application, but it does not give me the option to share...

Currently, app folders are incompatible with shared/team folders, meaning you can't share an app folder, put a shared/team folder inside an app folder or put an app folder in a shared/team folder. (Though you can share app folders using shared links though, as you found.)
Instead, if you need to use the API with shared/team folders, you'll need to use "full Dropbox" access type, as opposed to the app folder access type. You can find more information about app permissions here: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/reference/developer-guide#app-permissions
If you've already registered an app using the app folder access type, you can register another with the desired access type at: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps/create
