Submit changes inside App console -> Permissions doesn't work

Hello The issue is very simple, can't submit new permissions for the app, this "button" doesn't work and I've tried it on several different browsers. How can I fix it?

Just follow the direction within the message you're receiving. Hm...🤔 it's strange why that discrepancy isn't resolved automatically like in many other similar cases.
