Being notified when someone downloads your files

Hi, Anyone have any info on this: I used to get notified if some files I had shared were downloaded by the recipient. I don't receive those notifications any longer. I did in 2020-2021. Is there a...

www.dropbox.com/support with as much information as possible (i.e. the file links, date it was sent, rough idea of when downloaded etc.)

yes, i've done that over email. And I've put all the info here on the forum.

you can see on the image I attached much of the details. There's never a reply on the chat option.

It would be nice to get help in real time. But people in hell want ice water too....
