Can I see when and where the download was completed?

If I upload a file for another to download, can I see when and where the download was completed, and by whom?

    Are you referring on a shared file, file transfer or a shared link? Would you mind clarifying? 

     

    In general, it's not possible to check when and where the download was completed.
