    My problem is solved! If I use the app, it works. If I open dropbox on the internet, it doesn't work. so installing the app was the solution.

Hi there karinvdvh - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

From what I gather you're having an issue with previewing these files on our website - is that right?

 

Could you clarify the extension (file type) of those files and their size for us please?
