Can't open recordings.
I receive zoom recordings every month - maybe twice a month. Recently I have not been able to open and listen to the recordings and save them. It is twice now that this has happened and I don't know what to do differently than before to get them.
What can I do now?

Could you clarify what you mean by receiving recordings? Are these made by somebody else instead of by you?
Are you able to preview the files on the Dropbox site at all? What error do you get?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
