Hey Sw_ , thanks for your post.

Can you please clarify if you're specifically referring to files in your Vault?

Keep in mind that from March 4th, 2025, your Dropbox Vault folder should have been automatically converted into a regular Dropbox folder that doesn’t require a PIN to open, as the feature has been deprecated.

Is this the behavior you see on your end?

    Thanks for your response.

    Yes, I’m referring to the files in my Vault. Since the conversion, all my files no longer contain the comments that were previously there. I’m assuming something went wrong during the Vault’s deprecation.

    How can I retrieve this information?
