Comments not showing on files that were stored in my Dropbox Vault
Hi,
I'm missing all comments from my Dropbox files, and I need urgent help. Here's what I’ve noticed:

That's likely a result of the Vault feature being discontinued on March 4th. Your Vault folder was converted into a regular Dropbox folder.

Thanks for the info, Rich.
I would have moved the files if I had known. I understand these transitions can sometimes cause glitches. Please let me know if others have reported similar issues and if there’s any way to recover the comments. These notes were important.
