Comments not showing on files that were stored in my Dropbox Vault

That's likely a result of the Vault feature being discontinued on March 4th. Your Vault folder was converted into a regular Dropbox folder.

Thanks for the info, Rich.

I would have moved the files if I had known. I understand these transitions can sometimes cause glitches. Please let me know if others have reported similar issues and if there’s any way to recover the comments. These notes were important.

    Hey Sw_ - thanks for the additional information there and not that  we don't  have any similar reports on the Community lately. 

    That said, if you can confirm that the comments on the files haven't been resolved or deleted, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally?
