Dropbox Sign CSV Download
I'm looking to extract data fields from signed agreements within Dropbox Sign. In the "Settings" > "Documents and Templates" section, I opted for the 'Allow sender, in addition to admin, to download document data as a CSV' feature. However, I'm encountering an issue where, upon clicking the download button, the output is consistently in PDF format. Is there another location I should explore to find the CSV download option?

Hey jbodie, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the last screen you can get to when you do this and clarify what Dropbox Plan and Dropbox Sign plan you're on at the moment?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Sure - we're using the standard dropbox sign plan. Please see the images below.

Sorry to jump in, jbodie!
Do you see the same when signing in through a different browser/private browsing window?

Chrome is my main browser, I tried to view the option in Safari it is not available - I've also cleared by cache.
