Feedback on File Renaming and Download Issue
Subject: Feedback on File Renaming and Download Issue
Dear Dropbox Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I've encountered an issue that I believe could enhance the user experience on Dropbox. After renaming a file, an immediate download sometimes results in a corrupted file. It would be greatly appreciated if this aspect could be addressed to ensure the downloaded files remain intact post-renaming.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I appreciate your ongoing efforts to improve the Dropbox platform.
Best regards,
kkfuruichi

Hi there kkfuruichi - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you please clarify if you're using a specific web browser to do this and if you still notice this after clearing your browser's cache or on other browsers?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
- kkfuruichi2 years agoNew member | Level 2I'm using the Chrome browser, and I haven't confirmed on other browsers. I'm not certain, and I apologize for any inconvenience.
