I cannot view interactive content/videos in online PDFs

Hi guys,

I wondered if someone could help me, I often host PDFs online in Dropbox so I can share when necessary.

Recently I have changed the document to an interactive PDF.

A few pages have video content, when I view the document in Adobe acrobat I can watch the videos back.

When I upload the new file to Dropbox the videos do not load in the PDF.

If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated, maybe I need to host the document on google slides?

Kind regards

Hi there mk355 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please clarify if the videos you've linked to in your PDFs are stored in Dropbox or locally on your computer?

    Thanks!
