I can't open my Dropbox files.
I have not been on Dropbox lately and came back to see many many changes. I am sticking to free account but I absolutely cannot even see or open any of my things that are on Dropbox here. Nothing!!...

I had changed my net server changed, the place where we get internet from and started from scratch. I really think bit defender had a hand in it as well. Thank-you to all who tried to help a very senior lady try to fix her issues🧡

I've been using Dropbox for a few years now. I sync my two computers there. In the last two days I can't copy a file from the directory to another. It says access to cloud file denied .
I've already lost a few files and I'll probably end up using Dropbox.

9 months agoHey Branislav S., let's jump right into this!
Would you mind clarifying the OS you're using, along with the Dropbox version and syncing status?
You should be able to find the app's version, and syncing status by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your task/menu bar next to your WiFi.
Do you also have a screenshot of the error message you get on your end, in order for me to have a visual?
Keep me posted!
