Videos choppy after uploading

As the issue seems to be affecting the preview of the files and not the files themselves (as you found out), I'd suggest downloading and opening them locally on your device(s) for the time being.
While we're at it, can you let me know what type of files are giving you this issue and if this persists after clearing your browser's cache or another browser?
Additionally, if you're comfortable with this, could you share a link to a sample video file (preferably created for testing purposes) that's showing this behavior so I can have a look from my end as well?
On a side note, you can also use our mobile app to upload files directly to your account without having to take extra steps.
