How to delete a signed document on Dropbox Sign?

Hi,

How can I delete a signed Dropbox Sign Document?

In HelloSign, I was able to freely delete a pending or signed document, but after the Dropbox Sign transition, I cannot do that anymore.

If Dropbox Sign does not have this functionality, how can I transition back to HelloSign?
This link doesnt seem to work anymore: https://app.hellosign.com

Hi CCC3, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you clarify exactly how you're accessing this document on your account? Is this from Dropbox Sign, or from the Signatures page?

This will help me to assist further!

      Hi Jay,

There is only one way for me to access the signatures page.
      Here: https://www.dropbox.com/signatures

and as you can see, there is no Delete option.

Before I turned off MFA on HelloSign, I could still access the HelloSign dashboard and delete signed, pending, draft documents.
See below for an example of the HelloSign dashboard.

Thanks for the info, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate this matter further on their end.
