Solved

I have a link that's now expired and I need to access it. What can I do?

Hi there,

Someone sent me a link on the 28/11/2019 and the link has expired.

Please i want to retrieve this link, it is so important .

I am willing to pay for that.

Thanks.

Only the owner of the file can help you. If they no longer have the file, then I'm afraid there's nothing you can do.

Hi christ1988 - welcome to the Community and happy Friday!

If the person that originally generated the shared link in question had put an expiration date and now the link is expired, you'll need to ask them to re-create it for you.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Hi Walter,

Thank you for the quick reply,

Apparently the person who sent me the link doesn't have it anymore and he didn't do a backup .
How can I do now ?
    Please help.
    Thanks

It's so annoying, I've also lost a few files :(
