Error 404 file request links
I seem to be experiencing a Error 404 on all file request url links under my business account, I have switched to my personal account and created a new test folder and am encountering the same issue ...

Hi Megan, I've replied to you from my inbox but please help me get it solved asap as this this fix is taking already much longer than expected. how is it possible that all of my files are inaccessible due to a simple sharing action from a single file?

Replies via support usually take 48 to 72 hours if you are a paying user and often much longer for free.
If you share 1 file that is flagged as unsafe they block all sharing because there is obviously a very real risk you'd share more. That removes all sharing capabilities to keep the wider internet safe.
All you can do now is wait for the support team to reply - which may be in a few hours, or, next week (they dont work weekends).
