Photos uploading sideways

Portrait photos have today started uploading sideways. Has never done this before and was not like this yesterday. Today photos are sideways. Are these still a back up of original photo?

I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you, I'll just need a bit more info to make sure that we're on the same page, such as:

  • How did you upload these photos? Through the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app? 
  • Did you manually add them or was it via camera uploads?
  • Do the photos look rotated when you preview them on the website and our apps? 

Any additional details would be very helpful. Thanks!

Uploaded with PHONE APP using CAMERA upload.

Images show as rotated on BOTH the app and the desktop when you take a look after the fact.

Please resolve ASAP.

I KNOW that this is not a unique situation to me... I've seen MANY people ranting about this issue.
