Re: Camera Uploads not uploading all photos on iOS

I’m using windows 10

The photos that I upload from my iPhone or Mac can’t be read by my pc. I get a message that says the format is currently unsupported or the file is corrupted. The file is a jpg and it is not corrupted, because I can see it on my Mac. Slides in PowerPoints are also coming through as unsupported/corrupted. This is more than frustrating. This is negligence on the part of Dropbox.

Have you tried another media player to preview the files of your Windows computer wallerlaurenp?

Also, are you able to preview them normally on the website?

I Walter, thanks for your help. Yes, I can see them online and on my mac, but not on my PC. There is no other media viewer/played that I've been able to find. Interestingly, I can view new files and photos that have been uploaded since I got that computer (the PC is my work computer), but I can't view anything from before that. It says the files are corrupt, even though I can view them on the Mac/online.

Just wanted to update that last post to say I can view *some* of the new files uploaded since I got the new computer, but not all of them.

Can you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too wallerlaurenp?
