Re: I can't see the option to "Copy link" from my desktop app

I have the same issue - have tried all the things - has there been a solve for this one?

    Sorry to hear that jasmintulk.

    Just to ensure troubleshooting now, could you send me the exact status of the desktop app as shown within your computer's system tray/menu bar?

    Hi, Yes, I've been contacted by someone from Dropbox Support called Jackie, I sent a few screenshots and the problem got fixed. 

     

    It's worth sending them an email and get in contact with them directly.<support@dropbox.zendesk.com> - their email address.
