it's on all devices, and it has been brought to the attention of dropbox several times. You guys just choose to not respond. A lot of people asked to immediately remove this for the paying customers. Our clients don't understand these dark patterns with the tiny "or continue with download only" that needs to be clicked. It's a plain and simple move to advertise on the work of paying customers.
And instead of the standard answer: "we'll pass you comments along to our developers" just give a straight answer:
- We don't give about how you guys look with your paying customers, and leave it in.
- We are going to do something about it, and remove the popup for our paying customers
