Transfer stays at 99% for hours

Hi,
I started a Transfer of a large file yesterday, after a couple of hours it reached 99% and is staying there! Of course I could start the uplaod all over again. But maybe there is another solution? What might be the reason for not finishing?

    I think you are going to need to restart, unfortunately. Transfers usually are quite quick
