Why can't I upload 500GB of files to a 3TB Drive?

Hello,  I seemingly cannot upload 435GB of videos to a 3TB Dropbox Drive. I just recently bought a plan of Dropbox Professional 2 hours ago, and my plan still says Basic, but it also says I have 3TB...

    Never mind, I found that you can drag and drop via Explorer to Website instead of Explorer to Explorer.

Are you sure it isnt that your computer is saying you dont have enough space? Dropbox is just a regular folder on your device like any other - you can (after upload) make things online only but at least initially you need the space to upload

Never mind, I found that you can drag and drop via Explorer to Website instead of Explorer to Explorer.
