Dropbox full after deleting files and back up

Have you checked, and made sure there are no shared folders, taking up space in your account? If you did, then feel free to also follow the steps our Community Manager, Emmet provided here.

3 years agoI have no shared folders and all backups were deleted. Account storage space has not changed.

Hi anonymous, can you send me a screenshot of your plan page, and what you see there in regards to the account's storage?
- Anonymous3 years agoMy screen shows 2.4 GB of 3.4 GB. I am no where near that capacity. Do you have access to verify what your screens show?
