Hi. I've invited friend with an invitation link from my account. My friend used that link, logged in in website, and then logged in on computer. And yet, her account is listed on my invitation lists as "ineligible". What is wrong? She didn't have an account connected to that e-mail address. She had one older Dropbox account (with different email) and decided to make a new one from my invitation link. From website help: Ineligible: The recipient is ineligible for the referral program. This may mean that the recipient already has an account with Dropbox, or that the recipient is attempting to register with the same computer as you. If you feel this status is inaccurate, double-check the email address of your recipient to try again. But none of those conditions are met... A user that has "Can edit" access to one of our shared Dropbox folders is getting a "You're out of storage" message when trying to add files. However, we have 98%+ of our 2 Tb free which is far more than enough for the files that they are trying to add. Been using dropbox for a very long time and back in 2014 I worked hard through their promotion and got a lot of referral storage and managed to claw up to 25GB of space and today I find myself out of space. I am not able to sync from my computer even. I cant find any help sadly and I am not that savy with computers either. I am getting a warning that I am out of account storage, sent to email address #1. When I "Click to view my options" it takes me to my paid Dropbox account (which uses email address #2). It shows I have plenty of storage in that account. It's the one I use daily. I don't have much in the account using email address #1 and would like to just delete it. But why is it connected to my paid Dropbox account showing the other email address? I cancelled my subscription from the 2TB Dropbox Plus plan to the free DropBox Basic 9.5GB tier. Over the years, I had earned an extra 7.5GB space through referrals. I have just tried to open a folder that has been shared with, and it automatically brings up the upgrade window, stating that I have run out of space. But according to the details in my account, I am only using 2.6M out of an available 2GB. After deleting folders my storage space has not changed. This seems like a permanent issue on this forum and Dropbox appears to be intentionally making it hard to remove folders so people are forced to upgrade. Help?
