Thanks for the info, if you move the Dropbox folder to another location on your computer, it won't affect the other users in the same Dropbox Business team.

Just to clarify, are you all sharing the account credentials for a single Dropbox account, or do you have a Dropbox Business team or shared folders, and have different emails?

Hi Jay,
We have a DropBox Standard account with 3 unique logins. Sorry, I mis-spoke but not everyone shared they have a login with their email addresses.
