My account seems to be inaccessible since it got too full.

    Hi Mindy5​,

    I just wanted to pop in here and clear up a couple of things:

    • Customers can always download their data no matter what.
    • The only exception is that Dropbox does not keep the data indefinitely if your storage is over quota.

    If you can't access your account full stop, then I suspect that this is a completely separate issue from over quota data. I'd suggest continuing to troubleshoot this issue with Nancy​ and Megan​ and hopefully this will be solved soon.
