My Dropbox shows full (2 GB used) but the account is completely empty.
My Dropbox is completely empty, I almost never use it. There are no files, no shared folders, trash empty. I have unlinked all devices and reinstalled the app. Please help reset ghost storage / back usage on my account.

Hey vimsesimse, welcome to our Community!
I'd like for you to try an access your plan page online. What do you see there?
It should specify what's taking up your Dropbox quota. Could it be that you have any active Backups?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi there, vimsesimse! Quick check-in to see if you caught my last reply. Do you need more help?
If yes, then I'm happy to assist. If everything is sorted, we'd love to hear what fixed it.
