1 month agoHey dustfog, let's jump right into this!
Do you get any specific errors when trying to install the Dropbox mobile app on your iPhone?
We haven't actually had any reports of any issues with iOS 26 so far. Is it possible that you've exceeded the 3-device limit that you have when using a Basic account?
Also, I know this might sound trivial but have you tried to install the mobile app using a different network, or mobile data?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

hi,
Thank you for your reply.
1. I have excluded the limitation of 3 devices; currently, I am using 2 devices, but I am still unable to download;
2. The process of failing to download is reflected in the iPhone iOS 26.3 App Store. After clicking "Download", it spins a few times and then reverts back to the download button;
3. I followed the advice of Apple customer service and made changes to DNS, switched to mobile network, reset network settings, changed the region, and updated the payment method for my Apple ID. However, I still cannot download it;
4. I packaged Dropbox into an IPA file using iMazing, but when installing it in Xcode, it prompted "The Dropbox app is not compatible with iOS 26, there is an internal API error."
After consulting with Apple customer service, they advised me to contact the software developer to determine if the issue is related to a version problem that is causing errors for some users?
Thank you for helping me. I've been working on this for a month.
