How do I stop my android phone automatically synching all my photos?
Hey Dominica,
Here's how to disable Camera Uploads for your Android device:
- Open the Dropbox app.
- Tap the menu button.
- Tap the gear icon (or Settings, on older versions of the app).
- Scroll to the Camera Upload section.
- Toggle to Turn off Camera Upload.
When you don't have camera uploads enabled, you can manually add photos to your Dropbox.
- Open the Dropbox app.
- Open the Dropbox folder where you'd like to store your photos.
- Tap the + (plus) icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Choose Upload photos or videos.
- Find the files you want to upload, and tap to select them for upload.
- A check mark indicates the file has been selected
- Tap the folder icon, and select where you'd like the files to be added.
- Tap Set location.
- Tap Upload.
Thanks!
