When I click Move, it just gives me the same folders that I have in my Vault to move it to. I want to move the whole folder out of my Vault back to my laptop.

2 years agoHi BCarroll, could you try selecting and dragging the files into a folder visible in the navigation pane on the left hand side of the Dropbox site?

I tried that. As soon as I get out of the vault area, my mouse changes to a red minus sign

Thanks for the info, if you're not able to move files out of the Dropbox Vault, you'll need to download them manually one by one.

There are THOUSANDS of files! What a mess!
