That's not an official source for the Dropbox application, and Dropbox generally doesn't make older versions available for download. While you may be able to find an older version online somewhere and install it, Dropbox regularly blocks older versions from connecting when they're no longer compatible.

That's disappointing that they don't support older devices. Well I can buy a new tablet. Or just use the website. But I'd rather just use the Dropbox app on that older tablet. Bummer
