iPhone app not opening any file type

    Upgrading to iOS 12.1.3 seems to fix the issue!

    The issue seems to be resolved after a week or so. Not sure why, don’t think anything had been updated.

      I've still got the issue - spinning wheel when opening a file.

        Try uninstalling then reinstalling the app.
