    toady I opened and suddenly it opens normally without touching any thing

Can you let me know how exactly are you accessing this file and if this happens for only this specific file or others as well?

    Dear Walter thanks for your response 

    Any word files uploaded on my dropbox drive(online) are not opening with Word for web but when I open them with google docs it works fine
