Exact same issue. There are 4 messages showing as unread. But the notification says it’s 3. Cannot mark as unread.

Could you try rebooting your device and/or clearing the app's cache and let us know if this persists?
- Phcalc3 years agoHelpful | Level 6I’ve rebooted device, app, cleared cache. I have latest version. Problem still there. It’s changed to 4 unread now as another alert appeared.
