Yes. I agree. Also just generally tired of the paying customer always having the be the one who 'troubleshoots'. I'm just trying to get my own work done. If this is affecting users of more than one anti-virus programme, then the trouble is with Dropbox and they need to fix it, or consider a goodwill remuneration to their paying customers for the inconvenience, not ask us to run tests on their behalf.
